Why is Beam better than other video conferencing platforms? Beam provides true mobility allowing you to log in and drive a Beam at another location, whether across town or across the globe, without leaving your home or office. Once connected to the Internet, you can navigate your Beam, talk and visit, supervise, present, collaborate, and conduct your business, then return to the charging dock without any assistance.
What do I need to pilot a Beam+? For the best experience, you’ll need a broadband Internet connection and a device for piloting Beam (PC, Mac, Android or iOS system). For a detailed list of requirements, please review our Beam Requirements Document.
What do I need to install a Beam at my location? Beam+ and BeamPro ship with all the necessary components for quick assembly and easy start up: your Beam, its charging dock, a power cord and the setup keyboard. To see how the components go together, please download the Assembly Guide.
What is included with my Beam order? Beam+ and BeamPro ship with all the necessary components for a quick and easy setup including Beam, charging dock, power cord and keyboard for setup.
How long will it take to receive my Beam? Once your Beam order is placed, it takes between 5 and 10 business days for delivery. To order Beam+, please visit the Beam Store. To order BeamPro, please contact our Sales Team for lease and purchase options.
Do you offer International Shipping? At this time, Beam+ and BeamPro can only be shipped directly to U.S. addresses.
